Key Account Manager – Events & Experiential Marketing

The role (CS Assistant Manager)

You will be the dedicated owner of our key client accounts — managing relationships, leading project execution, and driving revenue growth across experiential campaigns. This is a client-facing, leadership role with P&L ownership.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end key account relationships and serve as the primary client contact

Lead project execution from briefing to on-ground delivery

Drive upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals

Manage budgets, P&L, and revenue forecasting for assigned accounts

Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams

What we're looking for;

4 – 6 years in client servicing or key account management

Must-have: background in events, experiential marketing, or brand activations agency

Proven track record managing high-value clients independently

Strong project management and multi-tasking ability

Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for work efficiency

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business or Communications. MBA preferred.
