Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Surat. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, planning and executing business strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves analyzing customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth by managing and nurturing strategic partnerships. This position will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Account Management and experience working with Key Accounts
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Expertise in Business Planning and developing strategies for account growth
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build and sustain positive client relationships
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare
