Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Sales Engineer role based in Noida. Responsibilities include providing technical support for clients, leading sales efforts, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. The Sales Engineer will work collaboratively with the product and support teams to address customer requirements effectively and ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales, with a strong ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Technical Support and Customer Service skills to effectively assist clients and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional Communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to manage tasks and challenges efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the power quality, energy management, or EV charging domain is a plus
