Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Trainee. The selected candidate will support lead generation efforts, conduct market research to discover new business opportunities, and assist in developing strategies to attract potential clients. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, enabling seamless communication, and analyzing business data to identify trends and inform decision-making processes. Collaboration with internal teams to meet the organization's business growth objectives is also a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities.
- Strong Analytical and Communication skills to evaluate data and present findings effectively.
- Customer Service expertise, oriented towards building and nurturing client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Familiarity with financial technology or lending ecosystems is a plus.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
