The Key Account Manager Assurance Services is responsible for driving business growth and managing strategic customer relationships for assurance and third-party inspection services in South India. The role focuses on acquiring new business, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring consistent revenue delivery in line with organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for assurance and third-party inspection services in the assigned region (South India).
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Generate qualified leads through online research, networking, and market mapping using various search platforms.
  • Work closely with EPCs, consultants, manufacturing units, and industry associations to build a strong business pipeline.
  • Identify and promote services such as third-party inspection, field quality services, asset integrity services, lender's engineer services, expediting services, and safety-related services.
  • Track and participate in private and public tenders; support bid strategy, pricing, and proposal preparation to maximize win rates.
  • Identify key decision-makers in government, PSU, and large private organizations and drive strategic meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
  • Follow up on invoicing and payments to ensure healthy cash flow and adherence to commercial terms.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends, new service opportunities, and potential product improvements.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business review presentations for management.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets as defined by the organization.
  • Uphold organizational values, code of ethics, and compliance requirements in all client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 710 years of experience in B2B sales / business development / key account management, preferably in TIC, inspection, assurance, or industrial services.
  • Strong understanding of EPC, manufacturing, infrastructure, and process industry environments.
  • Proven track record in handling large/strategic accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in tendering, bid management, and government/PSU business will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with travel across South India.
