Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with large corporate hospital chains such as Apollo, Fortis, Medanta, Manipal, Aster, HCG, Kauvery, and other organized healthcare groups
- Act as the primary point of contact for multisite institutional accounts across India
- Build long-term partnerships with senior hospital stakeholders
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive sales of medical devices, radiology equipment, contrast media, and disposables
- Identify growth opportunities across existing accounts and new corporate hospital groups
- Execute account strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets on a Pan-India basis
Stakeholder Engagement & Negotiation
- Engage with senior decision-makers including CEOs, COOs, procurement heads, biomedical teams, and central purchasing units
- Navigate complex negotiations at both hospital facility and corporate head-office levels
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and commitments
Strategic Account Planning
- Develop account-level business plans aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and institutional buying behavior
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations
