We are seeking a Sales professional with extensive experience in Business Development to drive sustainable and profitable sales growth and expand Keva's market share. The role involves identifying customer needs and new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and leading, coordinating, and promoting the sale of relevant Keva Flavours solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by continuously creating and delivering strong customer value propositions for both new and existing customers, leveraging Keva's competitive advantages and broad product portfolio.
- Drive growth to meet or exceed targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships across the customer organization, including Senior Management, R&D, QA, Marketing, and Procurement teams.
- Partner cross-functionally within Keva to optimize the product to be offered to customers
- Maintain high level of awareness of market trends and competitor activity and develops this knowledge into actionable insights
- Proactively build and manage robust project pipeline through to commercialization
- Engage customers effectively and position Keva as a preferred partner for long-term collaboration.
- Monthly reporting, budget preparation, concept presentation, quality brief generation, effective communication with the customers, updating monthly progress on projects, price negotiation, forming yearly contracts in some cases will be some of the regular activities for this position.
- Drive growth to meet or exceed targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Qualifications & Skills
Any graduate / post graduate with above mentioned experience
- M Tech / B.Tech in Food Technology or Food Science will be added advantage
- Proven track record of success in business development and account management with
- Experience of working cross-functionally with R&D, Operations and Finance in an efficient and orderly manner, with well-developed planning and analytical skills, and good communication & interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for food, with proven capacity to relay this in all your customer and stakeholder engagements
- Inspires confidence in our customers. Positively and constructively engages customers to defend/win business for Keva
- Builds partnerships based on trust and integrity; collaborates to maximize value from cross-functional teamwork
