Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in New Delhi for managing sales accounts and grow them. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with key clients, Meeting sales target, managing their accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction, regular meetings with the customers. Responsibilities will include identifying growth opportunities, preparing strategic business plans, grow accounts, meet sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service tailored to client needs. The role also involves analyzing market and client demands to provide impactful business solutions and recommendations that align with SISA's cybersecurity expertise.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience
  • Proficiency in Business Planning, meeting CXO's / customers and identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to build and nurture client relationships
  • Meeting sales targets and grow the accounts
  • Robust Analytical Skills to evaluate client needs and market trends
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the cybersecurity sector is a strong advantage
