Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Key Account Manager at Gene Solutions. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, developing business plans to meet client needs, and offering tailored solutions to support their objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions, providing top-tier customer service, analyzing client data to identify growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management and key account management skills, with experience in managing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency in business planning and an ability to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Excellent analytical skills for evaluating data and identifying growth opportunities.
  • High-level customer service skills, with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in healthcare, biotechnology, or a related sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in science, business, or a related field is preferred.
