Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage key accounts across the assigned region
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and distributors
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for key clients
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth coordination and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record in pharma sales or key account management (14 years)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare market dynamics
