Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Key Account Manager specializing in Oncology at Mankind Pharma Ltd. The responsibilities include managing relationships with key accounts, devising and executing strategic business plans, enhancing customer satisfaction, and building rapport with healthcare professionals. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and delivering customized solutions to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Key Account Management and nurturing long-term business relationships
- Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and drive strategic growth
- Excellent Customer Service skills to effectively address client concerns and provide tailored solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results consistently
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
