Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Key Account Manager role located in New Delhi. The Key Account Manager will nurture relationships with key client accounts, ensure the satisfaction of partner agents, and drive business retention and growth. Responsibilities include strategic business planning, identifying new opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall client experience. The individual will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs effectively and achieve business goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills to effectively develop and maintain client relationships
  • Proficient in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to identify opportunities and strategize growth initiatives
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to address client needs and provide a seamless service experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle a high degree of responsibility
  • Relevant experience in account management, travel, or hospitality industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
