At Green Aura, we build wellness with intentionrooted in clean sourcing, traditional wisdom, and modern quality standards. As we scale across marketplaces, we're looking for a Key Accounts / Marketplace Manager who understands both numbers and nuance.
Role Overview
You will own and grow Green Aura's presence across key e-commerce marketplacesensuring visibility, conversion, operational excellence, and profitable scale.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms
Own product listings: SEO-optimized content, A+ content, images, compliance, and updates
Drive sales growth through pricing strategy, promotions, and campaign planning
Monitor inventory, forecasts, stock health, and replenishment cycles
Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and external partners
Track performance metrics: GMV, conversion, ROAS (in coordination with marketing), returns, and ratings
Ensure category and regulatory compliance for nutraceutical / wellness products
Collaborate closely with brand, content, operations, and performance marketing teams
What We're Looking For
36 years of hands-on experience managing marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central mandatory)
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ads, and merchandising levers
Experience in wellness, FMCG, nutraceuticals, or premium consumer brands preferred
Analytical mindset with comfort in dashboards, reports, and forecasting
Detail-oriented, ownership-driven, and capable of scaling systemsnot firefighting
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
