Work Exp: Minimum 3 years of E-commerce hands-on experience in managing and maintaining marketplace accounts
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute Marketplace Strategies, align the and deliver monthly business plans for revenue growth on all the marketplaces and ensure profit targets are met.
- Execute brand strategy, integrated communication and media plans to drive growth on marketplace platforms.
- Monitoring product sales and boosting it by using keywords searched and optimized content & regular paid- unpaid promotions.
- Define the assortment strategy to establish a clear vertical differentiation vis-a-vis horizontal marketplace.
- Design & execute effective promotions strategy to push sales numbers as well as uplift visibility.
- Work with marketing, merchandising and creative teams in our integrated planning process to deliver a cohesive shopping experience across all marketplace touchpoints.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of our business on all external platforms.
- Trouble shoot & resolve operational issues if any with ecommerce aggregator.
- Identify high potential strategic partnerships and constantly engage with existing marketplaces and build strong relationships to drive a higher preference for our brand.
- Competition monitoring and gathering market intelligence.
- Detailed analysis of sales trends, funnels, conversions & all key metrics and sharing relevant insights.
- Monitor performance & optimize/course correct.
- Plan & deploy the monthly budgets efficiently for each platform and track the spending effectively.
- Optimize continuously to ensure high ROI & minimize CAC.
- Responsible for listing new products on the marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa & doing regular audits to ensure that correct listing is live on the platform.
Qualifications
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Preferred candidates with experience in B2C & B2B & D2C e-commerce business.
- Having experience in B2C & B2B channels
- Experience in P&L management, accountability and strengthening brand consistency across all sales channels.
- Strong project management and analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions.
- Clear communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to aid working with other teams.
