Role Overview:
Revigro Marketing is looking for a proactive and client-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships. This role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring effective execution of digital marketing campaigns while maintaining high client satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned client accounts
- Understand client business goals and assist in planning digital marketing strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams (performance marketing, social media, design) for smooth campaign execution
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks, approvals, and campaign updates
- Track and monitor campaign performance and share regular reports with clients
- Support in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to maintain strong relationships
- Handle client queries, feedback, and basic escalations professionally
- Maintain documentation of client communication, reports, and deliverables
Skills Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (social media, performance marketing, paid ads, etc.)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently
- Good presentation and client-handling skills
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
