What are we looking for:

Most copywriters write.

We need someone who thinks.

If your idea of creativity is:

• Top 10 study hacks
• We Are More Than A Brand
• We can do a carousel without diving into the actual idea, insight and references

…this will unfortunately not work.

We're looking for someone who:

• screenshots ads,
• rewrites billboards in their head,
• notices weird human behavior,
• has 47 saved Instagram posts for inspiration,
• gets excited by a campaign idea,
• and thinks this could've been communicated way better at least 10 times a day.

This will be your actual job:

• crack campaign ideas,
• write headlines that people remember,
• make student housing feel culturally relevant, not just selling rooms
• work with designers, editors and AI production team who also care too much,
• use AI like a weapon, not a shortcut.

You do NOT need:

• 7 years of experience,
• 19 certifications,
• thought leadership,
• or a fake LinkedIn personality.

You DO need:

• taste,
• curiosity,
• speed,
• opinions,
• and the ability to make boring things interesting.
