This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Hyderabad. The Key Account Manager will manage relationships with key clients, develop business plans, ensure client satisfaction, and work towards achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, identifying opportunities for account growth, and providing exceptional service to build long-term partnerships.

• Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Customer Service and relationship-building abilities
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to analyze client needs and deliver customized solutions
• Proven experience in managing major accounts is a plus
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
