Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic full-time Key Account Manager to join our team. This on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves building and nurturing strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, driving sales, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Account management and client relationship skills, with the ability to foster long-term partnerships
  • Sales, negotiation, and business development skills to identify and nurture growth opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving skills to meet client needs and ensure business success
  • Experience in the medical devices or aesthetics industry is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
