The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients in India. This role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts and ensure their needs are met.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to discuss account performance and address any concerns.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and market trends effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
