Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time role for a Key Account Manager B2B Sales. The role focuses on managing and growing existing institutional and enterprise accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, renewals, and revenue growth through consultative selling and strong relationship management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Manage and grow assigned key institutional and enterprise accounts
• Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner institutions and clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery
• Track account performance and maintain accurate CRM records
• Support broader sales objectives through strategic account planning

Qualifications

• Strong experience in B2B Institutional Sales and Account Management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Must own a car and valid driving license
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Should be an individual contributor for the region
