Job Title: Key Accounts Manager (KAM)

Location: Mumbai, Goregaon

Department: Sales / Business Development

Role Summary:

We are looking for a high-calibre KAM – Key Account Manager to join Crystal Logistics Cool Chain — one of India's fastest-growing cold chain infrastructure companies. This role sits within the SALES function and offers a rare opportunity to build, own, and scale something meaningful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own strategic accounts with full revenue accountability
  • Drive YoY growth from key clients
  • Manage executive-level relationships with CXOs & VPs
  • Handle contract renewals & long-term agreements
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with key accounts

Key Performance Indicators (KPIS):

  • Key account revenue growth of 20% year-on-year
  • Renewal rate above 90% for all key accounts
  • QBR is facilitated every quarter without exception
  • NPS / satisfaction score above company target
  • Zero surprise churn from any key account

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA
  • 3–7 years key account management
  • B2B enterprise clients preferred
  • Cold chain / logistics / industrial preferred
