Role Overview:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships with real estate developers and builders to enable centralized procurement and pre-installation of Eureka Forbes products (water purifiers and allied solutions) across upcoming residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and onboard leading builders and real estate developers for long-term tie-ups
- Drive central procurement agreements for water purifiers and other product lines
- Ensure pre-fitment of products in new and upcoming projects at the construction stage
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including procurement heads, project heads, and decision-makers
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, supply chain) to ensure seamless execution
- Track project pipelines and align early to secure business in the pre-construction phase
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value institutional deals
- Continuously map the market for new builder opportunities and expand account base
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B / institutional sales
- Prior experience in dealing with builders / real estate developers / construction ecosystem is mandatory
- Background in industries like building materials, sanitaryware, appliances, or related sectors preferred
- Strong network with real estate developers and project stakeholders
- Proven track record of closing large-ticket deals and managing key accounts
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
