About The Role

We're looking for a high-ownership Key Account Manager to drive growth across India's top quick-commerce platforms — Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Amazon Now, and Flipkart Minutes — and to build the systems that drive category success at The Good Bug. This role demands someone who can move fast, think commercially, and execute relentlessly: from daily sales tracking and inventory management to winning visibility, assortment depth, and long-term platform partnerships. You'll be the face of The Good Bug across all quick commerce accounts, responsible for growth, relationships, and results. Experience in dairy or food FMCG and existing relationships with quick commerce category teams will be a strong advantage as we scale this new frontier. Ideal for someone from a fast-moving FMCG, startup, or e-commerce environment who is excited to build and scale in a high-speed, high-ownership setup and who treats the business like their own.

Key Responsibilities

Account and Relationship Management

- Own end-to-end relationships with all five quick commerce accounts — Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Amazon Now, and Flipkart Minutes — as The Good Bug's primary point of contact for all commercial and operational matters.

- Build deep, trust-based relationships with platform category managers and buying teams, positioning The GoodBug as a preferred brand partner on each platform.

- Negotiate and secure favourable listing terms, shelf placement, banner visibility, and promotional slots; manage trading terms and ensure account-level P&L health.

Sales Growth and Commercial Execution

- Drive revenue growth by identifying and executing joint business plans, promotional campaigns, and visibility initiatives tailored to each platform's positioning and user base.

- Manage monthly revenue targets, platform-wise projections, and JBP discussions with commercial acumen and a sharp eye on pricing, margins, and assortment mix.

- Drive new product launches across all Q-commerce partners — from onboarding and listing to visibility and sell-through.

- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute platform promotions, discount strategies, and media spends; evaluate ROI on all platform investments and optimise for contribution margin.

Data, Analytics and Reporting

- Track and analyse platform data daily — sales velocity, fill rates, OOS, inventory ageing, return rates, category rankings, and promotional ROI — and translate numbers into actionable decisions, fast.

- Maintain platform dashboards and performance trackers; prepare and present weekly and monthly business reviews for internal stakeholders with clear commentary on what's working and what needs to change.

- Monitor competitor assortment, pricing, and offers across platforms; proactively surface opportunities and flag risks to leadership with data-backed recommendations.

Inventory, Supply Chain and Operations

- Plan inventory allocation across dark stores and cities; forecast demand for ongoing SKUs and new launches in close coordination with the supply chain team.

- Monitor fill rates, out-of-stock incidents, and ageing stock; drive replenishment planning to ensure availability is never a constraint to growth.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless campaign execution and on-time fulfilment across all platforms simultaneously.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Category Management, or Growth roles with direct hands-on exposure to one or more quick commerce platforms — Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Amazon Now, or Flipkart Minutes.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus but not required.

- Background in FMCG with a strong preference for dairy, health foods, or food and beverage categories; D2C or startup experience is a strong plus.

- Proven track record of growing accounts and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple platform relationships simultaneously.

- Strong analytical mindset — highly proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, dashboards); comfortable building and presenting business reviews independently.

- Solid commercial understanding of pricing, margins, promotions, assortment strategy, and platform P&L mechanics.

Preferred: Experience in the dairy or probiotic/gut health category is highly valued. Candidates from broader food FMCG with a clear focus on food products are equally welcome.
