Role Purpose
This role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the existing clients to drive internal sales compliance, long-term business growth with existing accounts and customer satisfaction. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the clients and internal cross functional teams, and ensuring their needs are met while aligning processes, profitability and business needs for both client and own organization.
Client Relationship Management
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Account Growth and Retention
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts through upselling, cross selling, and renewals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, legal, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Commercial & Contract Management
• Coordinate contract discussions with existing accounts, ensuring timely contract renewals.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure timely invoice submission, collections and other essential compliances.
• Coordinate with internal operations to ensure closure of client escalations.
Market Intelligence and Reporting
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client developments.
• Provide regular reporting on account status, risks, opportunities, and forecasts to business team.
