Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored event solutions. They will maintain a strong network of industry contacts, conduct market research, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and work closely with event teams to ensure the delivery of successful campaigns and events. The role requires strategic planning, client outreach, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of market trends and ability to conduct market research
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed proposals and contracts
  • Project management skills with a keen focus on details and deadlines
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners
  • Passion for the events and MICE industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the events and MICE sector is a significant advantage
