Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead and manage a team of counsellors to achieve enrolment and revenue targets
Monitor daily KPIs (calls, demos, conversions) and team performance
Drive lead conversion through effective follow-ups and counselling
Handle escalations and high-value student interactions
Ensure accurate pitching of courses, pricing, and career outcomes
Track and manage the sales funnel using CRM tools
Identify gaps in conversion and implement improvement strategies
Train and coach team on product knowledge and sales skills
Conduct call audits, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
Maintain quality, compliance, and ethical counselling practices
Collaborate with marketing and operations for lead quality and onboarding
Prepare MIS reports and use data for performance optimization
Ensure smooth student onboarding and enhance overall experience
Our Wish Your Skills
Strong proficiency in Kannada and English with excellent communication skills
Proven experience in education counselling / EdTech sales with team handling
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage end-to-end processes
Excellent (exemplary) communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to drive conversions and meet revenue targets
Leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring teams
Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision making
Strong problem-solving and escalation-handling abilities
High level of integrity and commitment to ethical counselling practices
