Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

● 1-3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or career counseling.

● Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Knowledge of digital marketing, data analytics, and emerging skill-based industries is a

plus.

● Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and database management.
