Role Description

The Fundraising Associate will play a key role in driving Bhoomi Education's fundraising initiatives. This includes identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with donors, partners, and sponsors. The associate will prepare grant proposals, donor reports, and financial documentation, and organize fundraising events. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and communicate the impact of Bhoomi's initiatives to stakeholders. This is a contract, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Proven abilities in donor relations, partnership management, and effective communication with external stakeholders
• Experience in grant writing, proposal development, and creating compelling presentations
• Strong organizational skills, budgeting, and financial reporting capabilities
• Familiarity with fundraising strategies, stakeholder mapping, and event coordination
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for social impact through education
• Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, or fundraising platforms
• Understanding of the education or non-profit sector is a valuable asset
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is preferred
