Responsibilities and Duties:
● Counsel students and parents on colleges, courses, admissions, and career paths
● Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital marketing channels
● Guide students through the end-to-end admission process (shortlisting → application → enrollment)
● Understand student requirements and recommend suitable colleges/programs
● Maintain regular follow-ups to drive lead conversion and enrollments
● Provide accurate information on fees, eligibility, deadlines, and documentation
● Manage and update student data in CRM systems
● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly conversion and enrollment targets
● Address student queries and resolve concerns promptly
● Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, operations, marketing)
● Ensure high-quality counselling with ethical and transparent communication
● Stay updated on latest education trends, colleges, and admission cycles
Our Wish Your Skills
● Proficient in English and Hindi (verbal and written)
● Prior experience in education counselling, EdTech, or sales (preferred)
● Strong ability to convert leads into enrollments and achieve targets
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Good understanding of colleges, courses, and admission processes
● Ability to handle student queries and provide effective solutions
● Comfortable with CRM tools and data management
● Strong follow-up, persuasion, and negotiation skills
● Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
