Role Description

1–4 years of experience in video editing (D2C, e-commerce, or agency background preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or CapCut/DaVinci Resolve
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
Understanding of performance-driven content (hooks, retention, CTAs)
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and typography
Ability to work independently and handle quick-turnaround projects
A portfolio/reel showcasing previous work is mandatory

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Video Editing and Video Production skills.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Motion Graphics and Graphics for engaging and brand-aligned content.
Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and sound design, with attention to detail and consistency.
Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, thumb-stop rate, etc.)
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
