Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Editor role based in New Delhi. As an Editor at Homemade Love, you will work closely with the Founder to edit day-to-day video content shot at the factory. You will be responsible for turning raw footage into engaging, high-quality reels, vlogs, and brand content for social media platforms.

Your daily tasks will include video editing, structuring stories from raw footage, adding motion graphics where required, performing basic colour grading, and ensuring timely delivery of content. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and storytelling style of the brand.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in video editing preferred
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Ability to perform basic colour grading and audio balancing
• Experience in editing social media content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, etc.)
• Strong storytelling sense and understanding of pacing
• Ability to work quickly with daily content turnaround
• Attention to detail and consistency in visual style
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with the Founder
• Prior experience in brand, agency, or content-driven environments is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in an on-site team environment
