We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Ticketing Consultant to join our travel team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in domestic and international ticketing, with proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre). The role involves night shifts to support international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage air ticket bookings, cancellations, reissuances, and fare calculations for domestic and international travel.
- Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for flight reservations and changes.
- Provide fare quotes, process refunds, and handle schedule changes.
- Ensure accurate ticket issuance and PNR management.
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Stay updated with airline policies and global travel regulations.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in ticketing.
- Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
- Knowledge of ticketing processes and fare rules.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
