About The Opportunity

Primary Job Title: Travel Consultant

A dynamic role in the Travel & Tourism sector focused on delivering end-to-end corporate and leisure travel solutions across India. This on-site position supports high-touch client servicing, supplier negotiation, and accurate ticketing operations to ensure seamless travel experiences for business and leisure travelers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end travel bookings—flights, hotels, transfers, car rentals, and curated tour packages—for corporate and leisure clients.
  • Use GDS platforms to create and manage PNRs, perform fare construction, and issue e-tickets while ensuring compliance with fare rules and BSP procedures.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and quotations, process amendments and cancellations, and handle refunds and fare audits promptly.
  • Advise clients on visa/documentation requirements, travel insurance options, and country-specific entry rules; coordinate visa support where required.
  • Negotiate rates and manage relationships with hotels, airlines, and ground suppliers to optimise inventory, commissions, and client value.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, generate invoices and reports, meet SLA turnaround times, and resolve client escalations with professionalism.

  • Fluent English; proficiency in regional Indian languages is an advantage.
  • Available to work on-site in India and flexible to meet client service hours and peak travel windows.
