Role Overview
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates across a variety of roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT and non-IT roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers and account teams to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates on time.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Utilize job boards and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in U.S. IT/Non-IT recruiting.
- Strong experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, etc.
- Good understanding of different employment types (W2, 1099, C2C).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in U.S. time zones (EST/PST).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or staffing firms.
- Ability to recruit across multiple domains (IT and Non-IT).
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment best practices.
