This is a full-time remote Recruiter role. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to identify top talent. Additional responsibilities involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and strategy development in attracting qualified candidates.

• Experience with sourcing, recruitment, and talent acquisition strategies
• Expertise in candidate screening, interview processes, and relationship building
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Analytical skills for evaluating hiring trends and recruitment metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in tech recruiting, diversity hiring, or employer branding is a plus
