Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases.

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using recruitment tools and Excel trackers.
  • Support weekend hiring events and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure timely updates and follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
