Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Identification & Database Management
- Create and maintain an influencer database across various categories and platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Research and shortlist top influencers across Pan India based on campaign objectives and audience fit.
Relationship Management & Negotiation
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential influencers.
- Negotiate influencer deliverables, commercials, and collaboration terms.
- Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables from influencers in line with brand expectations.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns in coordination with internal teams.
- Manage campaign workflows to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Monitor campaign timelines and handle communication between influencers and the brand.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare campaign reports and performance summaries using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analyze data and insights to identify trends and optimize future campaigns.
- Provide post-campaign feedback and performance evaluation reports.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to align influencer content with brand goals.
- Manage expectations and deliverables to ensure smooth campaign execution.
