Requirements & Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations (internship experience considered).
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, or Foundit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of HR processes — onboarding, compliance, documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• A proactive, go-getter attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards (Foundit, LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across multiple platforms.
• Support onboarding activities including document collection, background verification coordination, and induction scheduling.
• Collaborate with senior HR team members on employer branding and campus outreach initiatives.
