We are seeking a skilled Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals, and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates for various IT positions through different channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and track the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients for future hiring needs.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or bench sales recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical roles.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade candidates effectively.
