Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT professionals across various technologies, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure timely follow-ups
• Track and manage recruitment data using internal tools and databases
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-time.

Shift Timing: 5 Days Working & Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off.
