Junior Executive _ TA

Description

We are seeking a Junior Executive - TA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess a strong understanding of the recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates from various job portals, social media, and other sources
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure timely hiring
• Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and hiring process
• Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs, recruitment events, and other recruitment activities
• Provide support in creating job descriptions and job postings
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Strong understanding of the job market context in India
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India
