Jira, Test Management Professional

• Manage end-to-end test management activities using Jira as the primary test management tool.

• Plan, design, and execute test strategies for payments domain applications.

• Work extensively with ISO 20022 messaging standards including MX and MT message formats.

• Validate payment message types such as pain.001, pacs.008, MT103, MT202, and MT202 COV.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure accurate requirement coverage and test execution.

• Define and implement structured test management processes to ensure quality delivery.

• Track, manage, and report defects, test cases, and test execution progress using Jira.

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for payment systems.

• Ensure compliance with financial messaging standards and banking regulations.

• Participate in test planning, estimation, and status reporting activities.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve application quality.

• Maintain test documentation, reports, and QA process artifacts.
