Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a QA team, ensuring efficient test planning and execution
Oversee testing in the Payments domain, including MX messaging (pain.001, pacs.008) and MT messaging (MT103, MT202, MT202COV)
Ensure compliance with ISO 20022 standards in test scenarios
Implement and manage test management processes and best practices
Utilize JIRA as a test management tool for tracking defects, test cases, and project progress
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and mentor QA members
Report on testing status, risks, and metrics to stakeholders
