Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track tickets using Jira to ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Support Agile teams operating in Scrum and Kanban frameworks, maintaining smooth workflows.
- Configure Jira dashboards and reports to deliver clear, actionable data to stakeholders.
- Perform basic workflow configuration tasks to support evolving project requirements.
