Job Summary

Join our team as a Jira User / Specialist and play a key role in optimizing Agile workflows and issue tracking processes. In this expert-level, AI training-focused role, you'll leverage your Jira expertise to support seamless team operations and provide valuable insights through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track tickets using Jira to ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation.
  • Support Agile teams operating in Scrum and Kanban frameworks, maintaining smooth workflows.
  • Configure Jira dashboards and reports to deliver clear, actionable data to stakeholders.
  • Perform basic workflow configuration tasks to support evolving project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to gather feedback and refine issue tracking processes.
  • Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly document processes and communicate updates.
  • Assist with AI training initiatives by providing structured Jira data and insights to support the project's goals.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Jira in a user-level capacity.
  • Expertise in issue tracking, ticket management, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Proficiency in configuring Jira dashboards and generating reports.
  • Basic knowledge of Jira workflow configuration and customization.
  • Strong data analysis skills with a keen attention to detail.
