We are looking for a Sales Specialist to drive enterprise client acquisition, lead consultative sales engagements, and build long-term relationships across Scry AI's product suite. This role is critical in positioning AI-driven solutions as strategic investments for enterprise clients.
Role Overview
As a Sales Specialist at Scry AI, you will play a strategic role in enterprise sales by combining consultative selling with deep product and industry understanding. You will engage with decision-makers, navigate complex sales cycles, and position AI solutions based on real business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, relationship-driven, and skilled at translating complex technology into clear business value in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Industry Knowledge & Product Positioning
- Develop a strong understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Communicate product capabilities, differentiators, and real-world use cases
- Position AI-driven automation and decision-making in a business context
Consultative Selling & Solution Approach
- Act as a trusted advisor by focusing on solving client challenges
- Customize sales pitches based on industry, goals, and pain points
- Use case studies, ROI insights, and success stories to build credibility
Enterprise Sales & Relationship Management
- Manage long and complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Leverage networking, referrals, and industry events to expand reach
Business Alignment & Value Selling
- Understand customer KPIs, financial drivers, and strategic priorities
- Align solutions with measurable outcomes such as cost efficiency and risk reduction
- Justify investments through clear business impact and ROI
Communication, Negotiation & Objection Handling
- Translate technical AI concepts into clear business benefits
- Handle objections related to AI adoption, security, ROI, and implementation
- Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations effectively
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline from lead qualification to closure
- Use CRM tools to track opportunities, follow-ups, and deal progress
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and account-based strategies
Collaboration & Continuous Learning
- Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams
- Provide customer insights to support product improvements
- Stay updated on AI trends and continuously refine sales strategies
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong experience in B2B enterprise sales or business development
- Strong business acumen with understanding of customer KPIs and financial drivers
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and stakeholder relationships
- Understanding of AI, SaaS, or data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
