Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and perform functional and second-level technical support as needed.
- Partner with cross functional teams (business, IT and project) to produce requirements and design for business capabilities.
- Identify and understand the interaction between data and operational processes to provide insights for improvement and solutions to complex problems.
- Create and maintain documentation of key artifacts, processes and system functionality/tools using Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Design, create and implement software modifications, enhancements, and integrate new applications.
- Create technical requirements for developers and provide suggestions during the development stage that meet the customer's business needs.
- Communicate the associated business impacts of system and data changes to stakeholders.
- Participate in the analysis, testing and deployment of changes to third party integrated systems.
- Assist business analysts in the creation of scripts to be utilized during user acceptance testing (UAT) process.
- Work with the internal training organization to ensure new functionality is clearly documented and is reflected accurately in training materials.
- Successfully initiate, plan, implement, and close all project deliverables as committed.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements.
Key Skills and knowledge:
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Consulting experience or working with consulting organization highly desirable.
- Hands on experience in large, global implementations using Salesforce in one or more of the following areas: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities, Salesforce Custom Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or similar, or equivalent business experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification are preferred.
- 1-2 years of Salesforce configuration and administration experience.
- 1-2 years as a business systems analyst or equivalent role working with complex application development projects.
- Experience working in an IT Agile team.
- Customer Support for any Accounting Platform (ERP Functional Support) - L1/L2
- Significant Customer (Technical) Support experience.
- Worked on International Clients
