Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will support data-driven decision-making by analyzing marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign ROI. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to provide actionable insights that drive growth and optimize marketing strategies.

Role & responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing campaigns (email, social, digital, SEO, paid ads) to assess effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as lead conversion, CAC, CLV, and ROI.
  • Conduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling to support targeted marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business goals, requirements, and data needs.
  • Provide insights into customer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Perform A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaigns.
  • Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present complex data clearly.
  • Partner with data teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of marketing data.
  • Support marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) through data analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 2yrs of experience in business analysis, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and KPIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
