Role Description IT Sales (Enterprise & Infrastructure Focus)

We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Professional for a full-time, on-site role in Navi Mumbai. This role focuses on selling enterprise IT solutions, including Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Networking, Security, Managed Services, and Software Licensing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships, driving new business, managing key accounts, and collaborating closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to propose the most suitable technology solutions based on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for Data Center, Infrastructure, Networking, Security, Cloud, and Managed Services
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold outreach, referrals, and channel partners
  • Manage existing enterprise and mid-market accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to understand client needs and propose customized IT solutions
  • Prepare and deliver solution presentations, commercial proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends, OEM technologies, and market developments

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in IT Sales, particularly in:
  • Data Center & Infrastructure Solutions
  • Cloud Services & Managed Services
  • Networking & Security Solutions
  • Systems Integration
  • Strong background in Lead Generation, Account Management, and Enterprise Sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven sales environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Prior experience in Enterprise IT Services or Infrastructure Sales is highly advantageous
