Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the IT sales industry to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.

Client Engagement & Sales Support

  • Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and communicate product or service offerings effectively.

Sales Experience & Conversion

  • Utilize strong sales experience to follow up with leads, address queries, and support conversions.

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate call records, customer information, and follow-up details in the system.

Office-Based Operations

  • Work from the office while coordinating closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
