Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic IT Sales Executive who can drive business growth by identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and promoting our AI-powered technology solutions. This role blends technical understanding with strong sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT & AI solutions
  • Pitch company products and services to potential clients (B2B / Government / Enterprise)
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations
  • Coordinate with technical and product teams for demos and solution alignment
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Track leads and sales activities using CRM tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduation in any technical discipline
  • Basic understanding of IT services, AI, software solutions, or digital platforms
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and online research

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Prior experience in IT/SaaS/AI sales
  • Exposure to government or enterprise sales
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, cloud, or enterprise software
